    I love this show ("That's Gay"). Doesn't the Mad Men clip go against Bryan Safi's thesis though? Instead of coming out dramatically, Kurt (the Mad Men guy) drops it like the simple fact that it is, and instantly ends the office rumours and sly jokes. He is perfectly open and comfortable, and the drama comes from the contrast between his maturity and the childishness of the people he works with. Kurt himself was the opposite of drama. Now Sal, on the other hand, is a whole other story, and that's the kind of story Bryan is talking about here...
